Our experience with Jade Spice was horrible..We got there and they told us that they cancelled the groupon and would not honor ours ( which we bought the day before) ! He took my phone ( where I had the vouchure), and walked away with it. Then brought it back and my groupon was marked redeemed!! After arguing with them...they called the owner and ended up honoring our gtoupn. They told us that we should bring it up with Groupon. The service we received was horrible as well. Was unfriendly and slow. Then myself and my one son was sick immediately after. I am disappointed because we just moved into the area the week before and had high expectations of Jade Spice.

The food was definitely delicious, but didn't to warrant the prices, which are very high. My mai fun was $12??for a fairy small portion. It was filling but seemd like it could have come w something else. My husband a shrimp dish which wss $15 and he said it wasn't enough food for him. Glad we had a groupon bc it would have been $41 for two entrees and a VERY small portion of chicken fried rice off the kid's menu. That and three fountain drinks. That's kind of high for what we got.

This was our first visit there. My boyfriend and I both loved our chicken and broccoli meals. We have just moved to the area and have now found our go-to place for Chinese food :)

From Our Editors

Visible from the seats bordering Jade Spice's noodle house, chefs handcraft doughy strands in the Lan Zhou style. The history of this technique stretches back 160 years, to when nomadic people of northwest China began serving the pulled noodles in clear, aromatic broth to their honored guests. Jade Spice's own honored guests savor these handmade noodles alongside a broad menu of meat and vegetarian dishes, washing them down with beverages brought from home. Drawing inspiration from 30 years in the restaurant industry, owner Hong Zhang masterfully blends tradition with modernity within Jade Spice. Ceremonial vases and statues make their homes amid a sleek decor of red booths, red walls, red rafters, and bashful greenery.
