TEMPO Indoor Cycling and Endurance Training offers an integrative approach to personal fitness by way of indoor cycling, personal training, and metabolic testing. With an all-access period pass, customers can sweat it out during four weeks of unlimited indoor-cycling classes. The sessions are scheduled two to three times daily from Monday to Friday and focus on skills, drills, and conditioning for 50- or 90-minute intervals. Each class is welcoming to athletes of all levels, as the difficulty of the ride is determined by the target heart rate of the individual.
