There's no secret to Bronxville Training by Design's personalized approach to fitness. The company's trainers simply find exercises proven to tone and shape the body, and then apply these exercises to individual workout plans. It may not sound all that groundbreaking, but these trainers have drawn on their collective experience to create workouts that are as interesting as they are intense. In personal-training or small-group sessions, they may start out with kettlebell lifts that strengthen the core and build endurance. These lifts often serve as a prelude to heart-pumping kickboxing workouts and TRX suspension training that uses body weight as resistance. Clients can also supplement their strength training through yoga classes, designed to better mind-body connections and increase flexibility.
