My only regret is that I did not find Tanya @ Spoil Me Spa & Salon years ago! She is the ultimate professional and an incredibly special woman! I walked in extremely stressed ab=nd walked out with a sense of calm. The salon is very quiet and exceedingly clean. Tanya's skills aree outstanding and you kow from minute one, she is dedicated too spoiling you! Can't wait for my next visit!

Tanya is prompt and professional. She has 20+ years of experience in the nail business. However, she was a bit loquacious for my taste. I prefer to relax and not engage in too much convo when I'm getting my nails done.

I just cannot stress enough what an absolutely horrible experience this was. I did not even use all 3 of my available groupons in the package I bought but I will never go back so I redeemed it on my phone regardless. This woman claims that she will spoil you and I just dont have the time to fully write about the awful experience I had. Wondering if you actually check out your vendors beforehand? All she did was try to sell me on her services, but it was blatantly obvious and overdone. I brought my daughter and her friend with me as she told me she could accommodate the three of us at one time and it would be two hours. When we arrived she said it would just be her doing all three of our manicures and pedicures and she would need 3 hours! She did one at a time so two had to sit and wait while she worked on one at a time. The worst part is she spent only about 25 minutes total for both the manicure and pedicure because she was running back and forth constantly and talking so much that this is why it took 3 hours - not from being spoiled as one would hope. I arrived at 10am and she talked for 20 minutes before she even started. Then she started talking about eyebrows, and the medical terms of the nail and nail bed, etc and how she has been doing this for over 20 years and she can cure nail biting in one visit. and giving us her brief bio having two kids and traveling the world , etc basically trying to sell herself as this expert. My daughters friend is a nail biter. We were skeptical. I only found out when we left that while she was alone with my daughters friend she tried to upsell her and told her she needed to come in every two weeks to help her nail biting. Not the magical one visit cure. The massage was no more than two minutes. She told me several times over the phone and when we arrived that she does a luxurious sugar scrub - which ended up being no more than 45 seconds of the total 2 minute massage and she was done. When we were finally done after 3 hours - she told me I could only use one of the groupon -the package was for three. I specifically asked her when I called if I brought guests could I use the 3. but told me in person that she must have misunderstood me and that she doesnt make any money with Groupon as they take it all and she is only doing it because business is slow and the purpose is to try and get new clients so she couldnt let me use all three. We finally agreed that she would let me use two of the three and I would pay for one. She charged me $70 for the mani/pedi. Absolutely outrageous!!! For 25 minutes and a shoddy job. My polish chipped off the next day because she didnt use a clear topcoat. I went home and checked her prices online and it says $65 for a mani./pedi although she charged me $70. The most I have ever paid and the worst I have ever received. One can get a phenomenal mani/pedi with a 10 minute massage for $50. All she did was talk very fast and non-stop and try to sell, sell, sell. Tanya must be very desperate for business. I will never go back and as I mentioned I dont even want to redeem the one remaining mani/pedi I have available and paid for. Additionally, this is the 3rd bad experience I have had using Groupon and have had each vendor tell me they dont make any money and therefore, it seems from my experience so far, they arent offering good service. I will no longer be using Groupon. How does your satisfaction guarantee work? Thank you, Michelle

I got a manicure from there and the nailpolish came off the next morning! It did not even last 24 hours!!! Very Dissapointing especially when I was told this is the best experience I was going to get.
