Elizabeth Morrell knows what it takes to lose weight. After battling her demons and shedding more than 115 pounds, Elizabeth now helms Fitness Range to help others shave off excess mass and cultivate healthy lifestyles, even earning a feature in Courageous Woman Magazine. With help from her troop of certified instructors, she helms a diverse lineup of fitness classes such as yoga, spin, Pilates, and boot camps. She designs each of these sessions with students and female Jack LeLanne impersonators of all fitness levels and workout preferences in mind.
