Missy Balsam had tried yoga off and on for years, but once she started practicing yoga every day, she realized exactly how big of an impact it made on her happiness. In fact, it made her so happy that she wanted to share that with others, so she completed her yoga-teaching training and started teaching full time. She now teaches a variety of yoga classes throughout the week, including yoga nidra, which combines deep relaxation with guided meditation.
