Horrifying, my lashes were burned and bent on one eye and the tech got solution in my eye. They refused to refund my groupon cost and continue to send me marketing emails even though I’ve asked many, many times to be removed.

Beware!
Ms. Brown didn’t sanitize her molds for use during my lash lift and I ended up getting Pink eye and needed immediate medical attention. The shop was unprofessional, the environment was tiny and uncomfortable, and though she bragged about having been a nurse for years before becoming an aesthetician Ms. Brown was unsympathetic and dismissive about my eye infection.
