The chefs at Arabella Casa Di Pasta aren't secretive about their talents. They put their skills on full display, rolling out housemade pasta right in front of guests. Fusilli, rigatoni, spaghetti, and fettuccine noodles are all made from scratch, as are the sauces, including spicy tomato cream and pomodoro. Diners can customize their meal by choosing the pasta type, sauce, and a number of seasonal add-ons that might include asparagus or spicy meatballs. During meals, they may also bring their own wine or beer to accentuate the flavors of their chosen dishes.
