"I was really apprehensive about trying a trainer out. Eduardo spent our fist session as an "evaluation session," enabling him to tailor my workouts to my needs. Primarily, I want to burn fat/lose weight, but toning is also a goal. Eduardo constantly changes up the routine so that my muscles are constantly being targeted but I don't lose interest - which happened with my own personal workouts. During the two years I have been training with Eduardo I have far exceeded my expectations of anything I ever thought I was capable of. I have been working with Eduardo for 6 months. In that time I have substantially improved my physical fitness abilities. Eduardo is incredibly flexible with his time and is dedicated to reaching a client's desired goal (s). Eduardo is very kind and encouraging. If you're like me, you have avoided the gym because it means using the treadmill, which can be threatening. I assure you that Eduardo is creative in his techniques and tries to make the work out as enjoyable as possible (i.e. jump roping vs. running)! I've been training with Eduardo for a few months now and I am so happy with the progress I have made in this short amount of time. I have always wanted to be stronger but have had a hard time gaining muscle. After just a few months, I have learned so much about fitness and I feel and look stronger and more confident, which is exactly what I want out of this type of training. I honestly look forward to every single workout session I have with him. Our workouts are intense, as they should be, but perfectly balanced with the right amounts of challenge, reward, and fun! I went from doing 0 pushups to 10 REAL ONES!, and each week I am handling heavier weights and seeing more muscle definition all over my body. In addition to amazing results, Eduardo is very down to earth and easy to get along with. I was intimidated of the idea of meeting with a trainer, but he is so pleasantly positive in his encouragement and definitely is in no way a "yeller!" He will tailor each workout to how you are feeling and pay attention to your specific needs, making sure you are comfortable but also making progress. Eduardo is awesome! I started working with him in August of last year to get ready for my November wedding (instead of giving up and getting my dress altered). I lost over 15 lbs and 2 dress sizes in two months. I worked out with him twice a week and listening to him about what to eat, with one cheat day a week (he didn't know about the cheat day - hah). He's very good at holding you accountable, but without being a jerk about it. Workouts are challenging, but he is good about changing things up so you don't get bored. And, he is a genius at shrinking and sculpting any problem areas. I haven't felt so good about my appearance in years! I took a few weeks off after the wedding, but I am back seeing him regularly now. I highly recommend him - you'll get a much better result if you stick with him than trying to get in shape by yourself

AWESOME Motivational Trainer - Results Oriented! Eduardo is an AWESOME trainer. Having recently moved to NOLA and having enjoyed one too many beignets, I very quickly found my weight ballooning out of control. I have always tried to work out and eat healthy, but this city has a way of beating the best of us with the constant party vibe and good times that are to be had. I called Eduardo when I hit a wall and my historically loose pants became tight...I was ready for a change. I have been working with Eduardo for almost 6 months and can definitely see a change not only in my body but my overall mood and energy level as well. He truly knows how to push me when I need to be pushed and changes things up daily so I am never bored. Not only is Eduardo motivating in the gym, but he is constantly available via phone/text/email should I have questions regarding nutrition or really anything. A Trainer that Cares. Eduardo has changed my life physically and mentally. I'm only twenty years old, but I have spent the past 6 years of my life in middle and high school trying a multitude of different workouts and diets that ultimately left me desiring more out of my body. As a result, I couldn't make the jump from high school to college athletics where scrappiness alone does not always cut it. My first year of college was busy, and without sports, I saw myself gain a few pounds of fat and lose cardiovascular and physical strength. This summer, I decided to make a change and seek a personal trainer. Eduardo quickly stood out as one of the best in the New Orleans area with a plethora of positive reviews from both the internet and close family friends. His goal is your success. My goal in hiring a personal trainer was to be healthy as I got older. If I could help it, I didn't want to be one of those people restricted in what they could do because of health issues. I am conscientious about exercise - I run, do boot camps, Insanity workouts and I'm careful about what I eat. Despite my efforts it seemed my weight stayed the same but my body was somehow getting fatter. I really appreciated that Eduardo took the time to meet with me for a personal assessment first. He listened to my goals and then explained what he thought I would need to do to achieve them. With his years of personal training experience, Eduardo is almost intuitive about what I am capable of and constantly encourages me to do more than I ever would on my own. He uses his extensive knowledge about exercise to create workouts that are personalized and varied so it's always interesting. I've been working out with Eduardo for a month now and the results are already astonishing. I let my diet and physical condition fall way down during college, and I was looking for quick results, having never tried a personal trainer before I decided to give Eduardo a try. I first met Eduardo Yibrin through a mutual friend I hadn't seen in awhile. When we met up the first thing that jumped out at me was how good my friend looked and how in shape. This has been my first experience with a personal trainer. I am a physician and I am very knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness but of course I have failed to apply these principles to my own life. I have been working out for almost four years now and I do so 6 days a week....It all started because I have a family history of heart disease and my father died young...my sister had a heart attack 4 years ago and my other sister had a triple bypass soon after...I work out with two different trainers..one is 4 times a week and one is twice a week...Eduardo is very detailed oriented and extremely knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition!!! He is meticulous about what and how I do my exercises...I have been training with him since September of 2011 and I have noticed a big difference in my body...I strongly recommend both of my trainers as being the best in town although they train very differently! Eduardo is AWESOOOOOOOOOOOOOOME! I recently moved to NOLA and clearly was having too much fun as my clothes were no longer fitting me. I called Eduardo when I had hit a wall and needed a change - I was feeling sluggish, I was depressed that my clothes no longer fit, and I just didn't like the person I was looking at in the mirror.
