The seafood at Super Cajun Seafood is so fresh, you can still see it alive before it's cooked. The chefs boil live crawfish and shrimp before placing them in dishes as varied as shrimp fried rice, overstuffed po' boys, and lo mein. They utilize a range of seafood ingredients, with po' boys including everything from oysters to grilled catfish or shrimp with trout. Chefs do, however, use some meats from the land. They cook up Southern staples and create Chinese dishes, which add a touch of the Orient to the restaurant without waiters serving meals beside a very tall wall.
