Inspired by Bollywood Cinema, these classes are based on simple yet exciting steps to keep you on your toes. BnB’s Goal is to infuse traditional Indian Dance styles. Its fresh! New! And fun!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Bnb Dance has new music and new choreography that keeps the class going. Steps are easy to follow which helps motivate the clients to come back for another class. You burn close to 600 calories in one cardio Bollywood session and learn technique in our Bollywood filmy class.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Living in NYC, it's all about being active, and having something fun to do. With our background in Bollywood dancing, the perfect match was adding in some fitness together! It's amazing.

What do you love most about your job? I love teaching and spreading the love of dance. Our choreographies not only includes Bollywood but only has hip hop, bhangra, contemporary and jazz. We like to mix it up!
