Bad service, sneaky prices and rude staff. Do not go to this Salon. My experience was similarly terrible to Zoe F and Emily P. This had to be the WORST experience I have ever had a salon. Avoid this salon at all costs literally because they will char

Best salon. I walked in with ashy brown/green hair from experimenting on my own and walked out with a beautifully sunkissed ombré. I'm in love with my new hair color.

I had a great experience at Blondi's. I had Rachel, who was awesome. She listened to what I wanted, but also offered appropriate suggestions. She spent her time with me, and I was super happy with the results. They took me on time (a pet-peeve of mine: when you make an appointment, and then are left waiting! This DID NOT HAPPEN!) and I would absolutely go back for my next haircut.

Everyone was very friendly. The place was very busy for Saturday but my treatment only took 1 1/2 hours.

From Our Editors

Clad in a black shirt and necktie, master stylist Joseph Nasser works with a studious look on his face that resembles that of a master chess player who is thinking five moves ahead. His shirt stands out against the whitewashed background of his Upper West Side hair palace, Blondi's on Amsterdam. A Lebanon native, Joseph rose to styling distinction in New York by working as a John Sahag sculptor cutter. Now, as owner of his own salon, the grandmaster colorist surrounds himself with a skilled team of imaginative stylists, all armed to the bangs with an array of upscale Aveda products that stare out from sleek, backlit shelves.
