Burrito Bar’s seemingly simple menu disguises a cornucopia of culinary possibilities, much like a choose-your-own-adventure cookbook. Beginning with a bowl or tortilla topped with one of three meats—grilled chicken, pulled pork, or grilled steak—kitchen technicians customize dishes with toppings such as diced tomatoes, creamy guacamole, and chopped lettuce. All burritos and bowls come bundled with rice, beans, and salsa.
