For more than 15 years, CityPie's chefs have tossed and topped a plethora of thin-crust creations, employing fresh ingredients and tradition to create a menu of Italian-inspired eats. After spinning circles of white or whole-wheat dough, pizza chefs adorn pies with the likes of fresh steamed spinach, sweet onions, chorizo, and bacon, all carefully arranged into emotive faces. CityPie's newly added pasta bar boasts a culinary lineup that includes cheese ravioli, spaghetti, and penne, each customized with sauces and fresh ingredients, and chaperoned to mouths by austere garlic knots and well-dressed salads.
