Just really loud - was looking for somewhere for some good hearty irish food with my girlfriend, but we couldn't hear each other talk - kind of a frat house atmosphere

Overall, just 'meh.' Nothing special about it so there's no real draw to bring people back IMO.

The service was Horiffic. The Waiter/Bartender was a 40ish Irishman who was rude. He let us know he hated dealing with Groupon. I am a 50 year old Irish american FDNY Fireman and if my wife and kids werent with me, things would have went differently. If this guys isnt a part owner, You are crazy to have him represent your place. The groupon will not encourage people to eat at your place as long as you have this guy working for You.

Poor service - the bartender ignored us practically the whole time. The place has an unfavorable smell; lack of ambience. Food is tolerable.

I prefer a quieter place with more menu offerings. It's mostly a bar/hangout type place to listen to overly loud music and watch multiple video screens with sports events. Our bartender was polite and courteous which was a pleasant surprise. Irish Exit is just not for me.
