Nationally certified master trainer Julian Walker made a name for himself helping ladies get in shape for their wedding day on the FitTV/Discovery Channel reality show Buff Brides. Since filming that show, he has gone on to create his very own fitness program, aptly entitled the Julian Walker Fitness System, which focuses on what he deems are the four key angles of a proper workout: cardiovascular conditioning, strength conditioning, core training, and balance/flexibility. He fundamentally believes that one must work several muscle groups at once to truly cultivate an effective total-body workout regimen. Hence, he combines TRX suspension training, kettlebell workouts, free-weight training, and kickboxing techniques into many of his sessions.
Walker also stocks his studio with stationary bikes for indoor spin sessions, as well as floor mats and spirit-animal tranquilizers for yoga classes.
