Kansas City Steak Company's history dates back to the 1930s when a family-owned butcher shop offered quality meats to the locals who worked in the thriving livestock exchange and stockyards. While the company has grown over the decades, the commitment to offering rich, flavorful meats continues to this day with regular deliveries of high-quality beef, poultry, seafood, and more.
Of course, KCSC's specialty is beef. Sourced from the premier stockyards of Kansas, each cut is held to the company's high standards. The corn-fed beef is hand-trimmed and inspected for quality. Steak connoisseurs can choose from premium steaks or USDA Prime private stock—such as juicy filet mignons, rib eyes, strips, and porterhouses. No matter the selection, meat is kept fresh in a cooler full of dry ice. This ensures that when steaks arrive at customers' doors, they're as tender as they can be and ready for the sizzling grills.
