You guys need more help. One person working the whole place and cook came out to serve, clean tables and take plates!

It's a cozy place for happy hour drinks. Small but large enough to accommodate parties. I loved it. First time and I will go back again.

horrible décor- what does country music n deer heads have to do with Caribbean food? the food was very cool except the burnt chicken in my rasta pasta. Your spot is what we would coin a hidden gem.

The food was bad because you barely got ANY meat and it came out cold TWICE even after sending it back to get heated up TWICE!!! Everybody's plate came out light, some dishes not very tasty most dishes came out cold. Also, you need to wash the pillows and stuffed animal in the back. They were filthy and full of dust. You were also out of too many items on the menu...other than that the place was cool and the music was nostalgic.

Kind of disappointing - the night we went, many of the dishes from the menu were not available. They simply "don't have it"! - not even simple dishes such as rice and peas, nor okra, nor boiled yam and no snapper! And this was at 6:30pm on Sunday night.

It was more of a bar than restaurant. Portions were not big. Didn't seem very sanitary.

From Our Editors

Some people come to Pine Tree to enjoy its woodsy, far-from-the-city feel: exposed wood beams evoke weekends at a cozy cabin as taxidermied animals keep watch over the scene from their perches on high. Still others come for the Caribbean food that delivers its own type of cozy feeling—the kind that comes from rib-sticking bites of jerk chicken, curried goat, and escovitch snapper. On some evenings, live music adds to the spot’s relaxed vibe and groups are always welcome to watch games on TV screens or test the coziness of the bar’s leather banquettes until 4 a.m. every day of the week.
