Inspired by the flavors of authentic Italian pies while on a Mediterranean cruise, brothers-in-law Paul Previti and Kevin Wade conjured Previti Pizza to sate slice cravings with a European edge. The menu's slate of 11 pizzas merges familiar styles with gourmet recipes to forge an array of Italian flavors that earned the title of Best Pizza in Midtown from Midtown Lunch in 2010. For unsliced eats, nine varieties of oven-baked focaccia slather toasty bread with mozzarella, chicken, and sweet italian sausage, and 13 flavors of italian ice cool palates better than beat poetry written in alphabet soup.
