I bought this groupon because SpaLab seemed to have a good reputation in the press. I want the owner to know how quickly a brand can be destroyed by the incompetence of a staff that doesn't take pride in their work. There are many spas in nyc, customer service and skilled and professional staff are critical to being one worth returning to. Your team botched up my reservations 3 times and didn't even give me excuses. They just shrugged off the fact that I left work to come down there only to be told I had to go home without any services. After I confirmed 3 appointments: 1 had no employees to serve me, 2 got lost in the system and #3 was triple booked. I asked to speak to a manager or the owner. They said they are not managed and they don't have the owner's number! Also, your staff bad mouths clients for the way they were tipped in front of people waiting to be next! Ridiculous all around.
