Was fairly empty. The bartender also works at the coffee stand in the hotel lobby so it's hard to catch him! Also the wine glasses were tiny.

Not impressed. Overall I got a very strong feeling of disorganization. When I tried calling to confirm my reservation there were only a select few people who actually knew what the event was all about, which didn't give a good impression. Then was met at the door the night of with plenty of staff running around and no one really helping the customer (my girlfriend and I). Once seated, we found our glasses and plates were plastic. Really? $240 for a New Year's Eve meal in New York City served with plastic cups and plates? That's pathetic. The bar downstairs was also not really even stocked - the shelves behind the bar were basically bare which didn't give a good impression. Then once the food started coming out we got the distinct impression that they were trying to rush us out the door. We asked to be served slowly and that was ignored, with our table getting completely covered in different dishes. Some of the appetizers were served cold, then simply microwaved to reheat them after I asked. After the meal was done, my girlfriend and I left to go walk around the city for a little bit before we headed back to the rooftop bar. Once we got back, we found that our table had been given away, which I was told on numerous occasions that the table was mine for the night. Awesome. After a lengthy wait (the reason for which I still don't know - no staff communicated anything to me) to get up to the rooftop bar, we found we were packed in there like sardines, to the point where getting a drink at the rooftop bar was a miracle in itself. Then come to find the rooftop bar was basically enclosed with a tent over everything, with one small section that was actually open air devoted to smokers. I booked the event because of the rooftop bar specifically. But the whole area was enclosed so you couldn't even see the sky. If rain was in the forecast, or if it was supposed to be really cold, then fine. But it was a dry night and really not that cold. Disappointing to say the least. Given the size of the restaurant, the price of the event, and that it was New Year's Eve, I expected something a bit more intimate...with actual glasses and plates. I would not go back, nor would I recommend this event to a friend.

Beautiful view, comfy seating, great to and overall nice venue. Keep in mind this is a rooftop lounge so it's not large like a club, but it's classy and I would definitely recommend this spot!

My friend and I bought a groupon with thr drinks special to spend NYE here as they had a good deal. Got there and they only gave us one drink. I'm so disappointed that they advertised something and did something else.
