Improve time from order to table service. Food takes way WAY TOO LONG to be served. If you place your order and another couple sits down 5 minutes later and places their order (FOR THE SAME THING YOU ORDERED) they should not get their food first. You should also refrain from telling customers that you had very busy prior nights which is why you are out of half the things on the menu. It leaves customers with the feeling that they are eating scraps. Have your frozen drink machine operational during brunch hours so the waiter doesn't have to return to the table and tell a couple they will have to choose who has the last frozen drink you were able to squeeze out of the machine.
