From Our Editors

Upon entering The Stellan, guests are met by the bar area and its 10 specialty drinks, all concocted by The Stellan’s own mixologist. Based around interesting flavor pairings, each drink blossoms into a complex dance of tastes, like the Green Harvest, which floats concord grapes on a chilled sea of hibiscus tea, tequila, and green chartreuse. The spirited beverages augment a menu of New American cuisine, which is mostly comprised of a mash-up of Asian and Italian dishes, ranging from gourmet pizzas and mac ‘n’ cheese with truffles to pot stickers, seared tunu, and Wagyu steak burgers. The two styles of cuisine intersect in the italian eggroll, which wraps bits of sweet italian sausage, peppers, and mozzarella in a flaky roll.

The majority of guests eat and drink on The Stellan’s main floor, which has high ceilings and ample wall space for the overhead projectors’ 12’x12’ images. Up a spiral staircase, however, a lounge area with leather couches and its own bar entertains guests during private events.
