The Studio offers high-intensity spinning classes in a sophisticated studio environment, complete with expansive windows that overlook the Upper East Side. Most classes are about 45 minutes in length. Once you hop on the back of a fully outfitted stationary bike, you?ll pedal to the motivational sounds of upbeat music, which is more effective than the avant-garde jazz mixes typical of group workout classes. A bevy of certified instructors will lead the way with encouraging, leg-pumping, and fat-blasting guidance, while you and your fellow exercisers energetically spin your way to a slimmer, fitter body.
