The boat was small & very crowded. We weren't quick enough or pushy enough to sit on the top so we were stuck at the bottom where we really couldn't see the sights and we we stuck smelling the fumes from the boat engine. We couldn't hear the tour guide either. Very disappointing
Absolutely terrible customer service. They redeemed our Groupon and then made us queue on the Jetty (walkway) over the water in the torrential rain and thunderstorms with babies in strollers. We asked if we could wait under shelter until the walkway & queue were clear but they refused and insisted we Q.We got soaked to our skin then to be told the boat was full and to come back later. DISGUSTING
We absolutely enjoyed ourselves. We are a family of 5 two adults three children. They had so much fun !!
An awesome way to see NYC. We actually timed it well and was on the bus during the eclipse - an unforgettable experience!
This my second trip and both times I took visitors and they all were very satisfied. So it's on my bucket list of places to take my guests visiting NYC.
This ride would have been better if someone was on board to point out locations of interest.
The view from the boat is great, but we had to wait almost 3 hours in line, there were other boats coming every 10 min, not this one... but Groupon has such a lousy cancellation and refund policy, and I mean it! I lost $70 in another Groupon deal. Beware of the fine print, I'll never use Groupon again, there are better options out there. The same merchants have similar offers and you won't risk losing money.
Really great experience with your family members. Enjoyed the view
This was such a great time. The tour guide guy was very informative, friendly, & funny. It was great to hear the history of not only the Statue of Liberty but of a lot of the surrounding buildings etc. would definitely take this again
The actual tour was nice. We got there at 2:15 for the 3:00 boat and it was already full. We were told to come back at 4:00 for the 5:00 boat. We walked around (with my 3 and 6 yr old) and made our way back at 3:30 and barely just made that boat ride. We had to wait standing for 1.5hrs for the 5:00. Would I do this again. Absolutely not. My kids could care less by that point they stood for so long

Sometimes the best way to see New York City is from the water. That's where New York Water Tours comes in. Aboard a sprawling, open-air boat, the company whisks visitors through New York Harbor, passing beneath the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge along the way. It also cruises past Battery Park and alongside famous landmarks including the pièce de résistance: the Statue of Liberty. Throughout the tour, guides share historical facts on everything from the origins of Wall Street to how Governor's Island began as City Comptroller's Island.
