U! Yoga NYC believes everyone should have access to the health benefits and healing powers of yoga, and the staff is working to build a yoga community where everyone knows everyone. At their welcoming studios in Soho, which have been featured in Well + Good NYC and YogaCity NYC, experienced instructors make sure all practitioners feel included and are properly introduced to their mat before they lead hot, restorative, gentle flow, and energetic vinyasa yoga and Pilates classes. Yogis can stretch and breathe in an Intermediate Yoga class with challenging flow sequences, or gain strength as they combine Ashtanga, Kripalu, and Dharma styles in a Hot Vinyasa Flow session. The studios offer constantly changing workshops and yoga events, along with classes for beginners, so that city dwellers can fit yoga into their lifestyle and begin to consider taking time for their health and wealth a right, rather than a luxury.
