At 17, Gabriel Wolff was diagnosed with celiac disease and dairy intolerance. Rather than bemoan his new dietary restrictions, the ice-cream aficionado spent five years researching and developing his own vegan-friendly ice-cream substitute. That journey led to the founding of Wink Frozen Desserts, where he now crafts his signature 100% natural, plant-based treats, which are entirely free of dairy, egg, gluten, soy, nuts, sugar, fat, and the iceberg from which most ice cream is pried.
Gabriel's team only uses its own equipment to ensure his four flavors—cake batter, cinnamon bun, cocoa-dough, and iced latte—never come into contact with specific allergens. Each pint is made from scratch before natural flavorings, natural food colorings, and zero-calorie sweeteners are added to compose the dairy-like treats, which boast only 25 calories per serving.
