YoGanesh Yoga founders Norma Kerner and Andrew Tanner aim to create a place where students can overcome obstacles standing between them and better health, which is why they named their studio after the Hindu god known for removing obstacles. To reach their goal, they offer a variety of yoga styles including hatha and kripalu yoga, and a fusion of yoga and Asian Qi Gong Norma Kerner created herself. In addition, the studio hosts fitness classes such as tai chi and belly dance, which give students another way to get fit other than tearing down brick walls by hand. All classes are taught by certified instructors, who have at least 200 hours of training.
