Some of Lisa Moskovitz's custom diets help her clients lose weight––but others help her clients gain weight, and then give birth to a healthy baby. A registered dietitian, Moskovitz has been featured in Redbook, Self and other publications for her healthy eating plans, which she gears toward prenatal needs, food allergies, and weight-loss goals. She bases each plan on a private consultation, during which she reviews the patient's medical history, and tests quantities such as resting-metabolic rate and body-fat levels. To complement the eating plans, Moskovitz outfits clients with optional supplements, exercise plans, and grocery lists that she personally writes on the palm of their hand.
