Cofounders Jeff and Letitia have their own personal reasons for investing in fresh, organic, and meat-free eats. Jeff is a longtime vegetarian with a knack for food education, while Letitia spent time stoking her passion for gourmet flavors in Europe and later while working on a Pennsylvania farm.
