Walk with a Master: The Master Walk 15® Instructor course is a world-class certification which includes anatomy, physiology & kinesiology, cueing techniques and much more. The Master Certification includes both written and movement exams and requires CPR/AED certification. The Master Instructor is both educated and passionate about creating a safe, effective and motivating workout experience.
