Executive chef Adrian Myles found his calling while growing up in Barbados. His love of food eventually took him to New York, where he worked in restaurants, and earned a degree at the Culinary Institute of America. At Caribbean Food, he joins his passion for gourmet cuisine with the flavors of his homeland to deliver of menu of refined Caribbean dishes, including stewed oxtails, jerk chicken, and whole, fried red snapper, as well as sides like truffle fries or sweet plantains. In addition to feeding hungry customers on a day-to-day basis, the company also offers catering services as well, bringing its upscale takes on pork stew, chicken roti, and pineapple upside down cake to parties and other events.
