Extensive training in more than 100 dietary theories and coaching methods at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition has informed Chelsea Hise-Strate's approach as a health coach. At Life Balance By Chelsea, she helps clients achieve a balance between their diets and lifestyles through appetite control. She works with them to develop custom plans, in which she provides constant dietary coaching and lists of simple, healthy recipes. Through these regimens, Chelsea teaches them how to set and accomplish goals, achieve and maintain their ideal weight, and find ways to boost their energy.
