The tour is worth $10 but $20 is too much.

The presentation and tour were great. However the group was about 60 folks with one gangster guide. On the streets, the sound of the traffic often covered up whatever interesting comments the guide was making. I would suggest smaller groups.

Keep in mind, the tour occurs rain or shine so if it even looks like it might rain, bring an umbrella. The monsoon we took the tour in was inconvenient but the umbrella helped. The guides were hilarious and made for an enjoyable time overall.

The tour and short movie were good but the Underground tour in OTR was much better because you actually go inside buildings.

The tour was great. I was allowed to upgrade to the Ultimate Gangster Tour for an additional fee. We met our guide "West Side Joey" on a previous American Legacy Tour and he was great once again! The elderly man that runs the Gambling Museum wasn't there (normally part of the Ultimate tour) and I hope he is OK.

"No Neck" & "West Side Joey" were amazing tour guides. The entire experience was AMAZING and well worth upgrading to the "Ultimate" tour.

From Our Editors

The sounds of country music and stomping boots emanate from Bobby Mackey's Music World most nights. But if you're unlucky, it's rumored you might hear something else?perhaps cries of "Get out!" or even "My head! My head!"

To learn why, just consult the cloak-clad guides of the Newport is Haunted Tour and follow their lanterns along Newport's shadowy streets. Over the course of 90?120 minutes, they'll share sinister tales of unsettling phenomena ranging from murders and suicides to a pothole that lies in wait for unsuspecting drivers.
