When checking out the two employees were talking about a birthday party that was going on. They were complaining about the party mom. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I had to interrupt their conversation to get our shoes back. That's the only complaint I have. We will be back but if that happens again I will get management on the spot.

I paid for a groupon for 30 minutes of bouncing and my kids and nephews got kicked out in 10 minutes. It was my brothers first experience and he was not pleased
