This was a disaster. There were several birthday parties going on at the time of opening. After being there for 30 minutes my kids wanted food and drinks. There was one person running the food register, I had to wait for him to connect the drink machine and then he proceeded to tell me he’s waiting on a guy to show him where the food is but he thinks it’s in the back. Meanwhile I’m waiting for my food, the power goes out, so everyone is focusing on that while the ONE guy is still ringing people up for food and drinks. After waiting for 45 minutes I asked when my chicken tenders and fries would be ready. So of course he looks lost, finally grabs another guy that goes to the back to cook my food. Which only took about 10-15 minutes. If there are birthday parties planned, there needs to be more people working the cafe and the drink/food prep should be already done BEFORE the place opens.
