Dinner at Caleb & Broad was delicious. My husband & I started with the Beet Caprese salad as an appetizer. The beets had a nice aldente texture and with the creamy fresh mozz, spicy arugula and sweet passion fruit, it made for a tasty start to our meal.
I chose the Pork Roll-up entre, and it was scrumptious, the proscuito, bacon jam & the garlic in the mashed made for a bold & tasty dinner for me.
My husband went with the Tuna (a generous portion) was cooked with a perfect sear, and he cleaned the plate.
I didn't like the texture of the ice cream in the dessert we ordered. But I wouldn't let it stop me from going back again.

We love Newport and were excited to try this new restaurant. We went for dinner on Monday. The food was dry and over cooked. We won't be going back with so many other options in town.

Awesome experience. Greeted warmly by a friendly staff member. Our server Tyler gave very good service engaging us in conversation and making sure we were well taken care of. Tried a new item put on the menu today- Shrimp Dumplings- very delicious. The atmosphere is upscale pub and very quaint. We used our Groupon- purchased some drinks, an appetizer, 2 meals and left an above average tip and still feel like we got such a good deal ($30 out of pocket plus the groupon deal) . I highly recommend this Caleb and Broad as a romantic dinner setting, a night with friends or family or simply to just hang out.

Very interesting choices on the menu. Our server, I think her name was Anna, was wonderful and made recommendations that enhanced our dining pleasure.
