Very quaint and pleasant place. Owner was nice and the staff was very good natured. Breakfast was yummy. Location is perfect. We loved our room, it was lovely and the Inn in general was quiet and made for a restful vacation. Would 100% go back.

the room offered did not have a tv and was very tiny. we had to pay a little more for a better room

Update the rooms. A little out dated. Add a breakfast and add deals with local restaurants that are recommend

No room to sit and talk with others. Went with another couple and we had to congregate in our room to visit. Should be a room with couch, etc where you could go after a day out, not just go to your room.

It was a great deal, great location. We never stayed over night , we just did day trips. We found the location to be central to everything. We walked to church, grocery store, shopping and restaurants. The inn was clean and comfortable and the owner was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. In hind sight we have been down for a couple of day trips and we realize how central we were to everything.

There are plenty of parking facilities in the area for you to take advantage of during your visit. Hotels don't come much nicer than this one. So next time you're in Newport, reserve a room at Admiral Farragut.
