Great experience. The cryotherapy session is only 3 min. long but goes by sooo fast. It starts off at approximately -40 & works it way to -200 degrees. Sounds bad but its really not. You'll have one of their great staff members keeping you busy and talking the whole time. Before I knew it I only had 20 seconds left. I definitely recommend it. I'll be going back.

The staff was kind and made us feel at home, especially because we had never done anything like this before. They explained everything and we were able to relax.

From start to finish this was a great experience! I was so open to everything and my husband was more reserved and claustrophobic...but we were both made comfortable and in control...will definitely return!

It was a good experience, not as cold as I thought it would... the Assistant and I talked through the whole time so it went by very quickly. I went on the treadmill and massage chair after. I will definitely make another appointment soon!

The experience was very therapeutic. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Felt very refreshed after the treatment. Casey was super friendly and knowledgeable.

I found the room on the small side but they will be moving soon I was told. I felt a little exposed having no privacy with changing behind a curtain right where people are coming in and the whole room open to entrance etc.
I wished it was a quieter experience... loud rock and roll music playing and I just wanted to be mello in the sauna.
I think with the new place hopefully it will be a spa. Relax

Great experience! Don’t be afraid -200 isn’t bad and it’s quick. The IR sauna really loosens you up for the cryo.
