I tried a 30 minute infrared sauna session followed by a 3 minute cryotherapy session and my body felt amazing afterwards. I recommend giving these treatments a try, your body will Thank You :)

Amazing experience. The owner were super nice and informative. They use the healing center as well, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Really relaxing atmosphere.
