I was extremely impressed with everyone at the salon and with my whole experience. I was anticipating feeling less like a normal/full-paying customer and being sped through the process... however, my experience was completely the opposite. I was given the full pampered treatment; my stylist was awesome and gave me all of her attention and time (3 hours!)... and even offered me a glass of wine! The vibe in the salon was great, with hip young stylists all with fabulous hair (always a good sign!). I will definitely recommend to friends, and come back myself!

Worse experience I ever had at a Salon! Igor was very condescending and flat out rude. It was obvious he did not want to do my hair. He was very concerned about the time it would take. One thing that really bothered me was when he said he would do a one step process but I would have to sign a legal document to free him from any liability! There was no excuse for his behavior. If I hadn’t already paid for it in advance I would have left. It was a horrible experience!

The salon was beautiful and the staff was very nice. I got a great cut, wash, dry and conditioning treatment.
