I want a refund. I paid a lot of money for this event, drove 5 hours from Albany, NY to Niagara Falls, to find out I had to pay $10 to park at the event, then discovered the groupon was only admission to the event - it included no tastings!!!! They wanted $3.25 PER TASTING in addition to the event fee I paid!! I left and went to a free ice wine festival 30 minutes away, after losing my groupon cost and $10 for parking. Please make this right.

Description of groupon sounded like each entry passport received 3 tasting vouchers -- ones in the package once there were only for winery visits. So disappointing. Also, parking was so expensive - perhaps a weekend rate?

A one day pass is MORE than enough, also, the entrance fee doesn't give you any samples, you still have to pay for them on top of your ticket.

The only drawback was you could not purchase any of the wines on site

Generic room and cost of food took away from experience.

When we viewed and purchased the "Ultimate Weekend Pass" for $69 ($150 value), we were somewhat led to believe that the tastings inside the festival would be included in the purchase price and were very surprised to learn that tastings were available only with additional ticket purchase to the tune of $3.75 per ticket ($CDN). Also, upon arrival we found that day passes could be purchased for as little as $8 (for Sunday) and $15 (for Saturday). What promised to be a fun afternoon turned out to be what seemed to be a blatant "money grab". Fun event, much too costly. We were not the only ones to feel this way as we met several others at individual winery tastings that had the same feeling.

This was a first time experience and trust me it is the last. The groupon cost us $69.00, it only cost $20 to get into this event. We also received a wine glass that a donation from a company and a donated wine bottle opener. Inside you needed to pay for everything else and those tokens for food and wine were very expensive. We were very disappointed in that entire experience. We spent a day in Niagara on the Lake for that ice wine festival which was AMAZING. WE WILL CONTINUE TO TELL PEOPLE HOW BAD THIS EXPERIENCE WAS. Hopefully you will not sell these groupings again

The price for a ticket was $12. I paid $70 for two tickets under the impression that drink tokens were included, as clearly stated in your offer online. I paid 3 times what these tickets were worth, why? What did I get for that extra money?

100% disappointed, and would like our money back, please. This is our first time attending the festival. We purchased the tickets from Groupon. It was never mentioned that the ticket we paid for $35 was only good for admission, and a non-expensive tiny wine glass. Wine tasting and food samples all costed from $3 to $6.50. Ice wine costs $6.50 for an oz. We felt we were ripped. Also, there were only limited vendors in there, it is not a festival at all. The live band was okay but they were located so close to the vendors that we could hardly hear or talk to the vendors. The ticket purchased were for multiple entries but there were so few vendors there, what's the purpose of re-entering.
