The salesperson was not friendly or happy at all. She was on her cell phone most of the time which is quite unprofessional
Rude lady said would not honor the paid value of $5 for any more customers after me, even though I showed her where you never lose the paid value on voucher. Very argumentative - I told h@er she would be in trouble w/Groupon if she didn't honor value so please check w/them in case next person w/expired coupon doesn't realize they can register a complaint. Bad experience - will not return - too many other nice yogurt places to choose from!
owner of establishment was very rude and very unhelpful. Would not return as customer or would recommend to others.
Not the same outgoing, inviting, and fun self-serv fro yo place that I've become accustomed to at other fro yo shops. Counterhelp was not outgoing and friendly and accommodating - acted like Groupon was a problem and was restrictive - i.e. 'you'll have to pay tax on the $10 and you'll owe whatever the remaining balance is'; then a grandma/grandchildren came in and the young granddaughter started to fill her yogurt cup & decided she didn't want that kind - the clerk made sure to point out that they'd wasted $2.75 worth of yogurt - the grandmother responded poorly (and inappropriately) but nonetheless, the clerk was out of line in pointing that fact out - not customer service friendly and the whole episode was uncomfortable for others in the shop at the time.
Lady was crazy and they didn't offer everything that was on the menu
We tried to use our groupon last night. The groupon had expired but we went to get back the money to purchase it. The employee said we could not use it even though it says right on the groupon that it never expires. She scanned the groupon but would not take the money off our total amount.
The employee immediately noticed me carrying my groupon into the store. Before I could say anything she told me that I couldn't use it, not even for the original purchase value, because, " You people keep coming in here with them". Don't waste your time with this one.
Excellent yogurt with many options and concepts!
