I enjoyed the class. I was sore the next day, but I was very out of shape to begin with. Had a hip replacement in 2013 and needed to start exercising again. Zumba works for me. i find calisthenics boring but I like to dance and the music gives me the motivation to move. Because I'm out of shape, I kind of shuffled through the class and still felt sore afterward -- but I felt good! Hope if I keep it up I'll be able to do more.
