Chefs are awful, food is awful most guests don't know how and what to eat sushi. This is more like a talk show from the host. This is a AYCE Sushi place. Being in a AYCE place you already 2nd guess the quality. Let's be honest, all the Sushi place order from similar company, they are all the same. Where is the skill ? You end up paying more than you need. Your money goes to the HOST, not Sushi, not Chefs, not battle. Host is great by no mean. Food ? Sucks. Geno, reply the comment

Didn't live up to what it said you would get Service was extremely slow and disorganized The staff had no information to give about what we were being served Additionally, I upgraded to the VIP ticket, and did not (along with many other VIPs) receive half the sushi we were supposed The reason we were given: they ran out after serving the regular ticket participants Why dod they get food brought to them before all of us who paid more for extra food and priority in serving? Very disappointed, especially for how much it costed for this event

Very unorganized and hardly ANY food. Drinks came about 30 minutes later and were not right!? There were only 2 bartenders for the level we were on. We had to go ask for our food...they missed serving our table 5 times. You only get ONE piece of sushi per 'contest' round. Awful experience!

Stuck on a boat for 4 hours where it took 60 minutes plus to get a drink and they serve you six 1oz ramikens of sub-par sushi. Granted supposedly there was a mishap between the city, serving staff, and the people actually putting on the production. I would have felt better going and putting my $158 all on black and watching it be taken away from me than suffer through those 4 hours again.

From Our Editors

Sushi doesn't always involve a boat and a battle, but for passengers on the Sushi Battle Cruise, that's exactly what they're getting. During this one-of-a-kind event, passengers board a multilevel ship that whisks them off on a three-hour culinary adventure. Throughout the evening, guests will sample and vote on 20 different types of sushi whipped up by chefs from four different sushi restaurants, each of whom are competing for $10,000 and the title of Best Sushi Restaurant in the area. As an added bonus, one of the events will be recorded for an upcoming TV pilot, bringing out local TV and radio celebrities to add to the glamour.
