I was a bit disappointed, since I came in, used my Groupn and spent another $70.00, which to me was a significant anount, but may not to her clientele. I purchased some clothing for me and some for my son. I went home and when he tried it on, it would not fit. I went back to Ritzy and they told me I couldn't refund or exchange becuse it was used ? It was used when I bought it, so why couldn't I exchange it for different used clothing ? At least store credit would have been helpful. Didn't make much sense to me, won't be going back.
