I did not feel the person giving the lesson was paying full attention to my daughter on the horse, she was looking down at her phone and not did not seem into the lesson. The horse was dirty and was bucking before my daughter even got on it. It did not make me feel very safe for her riding on the horse.

Attentive instructors, compassionate with their horses. Horses are in good condition, well cared for. Vallerie is an excellent instructor.

The instructor is great, but the Groupon was supposed to be for a private lesson, but due to overwhelming response, the lessons turned into group lessons. It was also difficult to book the lessons.

0 STARS FOR ETHICS IN THE BUSINESS PLACE AND PROFESSIONALISM AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.. East Coast Equine offered a Groupon for horse riding. I visited the company website (as specified in the Groupon) and to my utter dismay there is no phone #, but simply an email address as a mechanism for scheduling lessons. I emailed the contact provided, and did not hear from them until about a week and a half had lapsed. Unfortunately, I had a small window of time to schedule these lessons and with the EXTREMELY SLOW RESPONSE TIME via email, my window of opportunity had lapsed. My last email to them was to request for credit, given that I could not schedule the lessons. Thereafter, I WAS PROMPTLY REFUSED any credit and that they did not care what I thought about how they conducted their business (no phone contact and a ridiculously long time to respond to Emails). Again, it is businesses like this that unfortunately gives Groupon a bad name!!! Tina K
