The worse service I have experience in my life. We waited an 1 1/2 to get serve some food, the dish I ordered they ran out off. The dish that I ate was not suited for a dog. They needed even served us bread, needless to say my family and I was disappointed.

I really wanted to love this place, but it wasn't a good experience. First off only one person was working. No one greeted us, we waited awhile to get menus and have our orders taken. Once the one person who was working came to take our orders we were told that they didn't have any of the items we wanted to order. They had simply "run out." We ordered default items, but were disappointed with the limited (very limited) choices we had. We also ordered two appetizers which were brought to our table after our entrees. We ate our meals which were decent and asked for a dessert to go along with the check. After waiting about ten minutes I walked the check over to our server and handed it to him, reminding him that I had still not gotten the dessert. He'd never put in the order for it but ended up giving it to me without charge for my troubles. I also have to add that there were only three other tables were occupied during the entire time that we were there. I would hate to see the place at full capacity although I doubt that with this kind of service it will get there. I sincerely like to support new businesses and spread the word but my experience at this restaurant made it very hard to give them a positive review. I hope they address these concerns and are able to thrive as a business.

Yesterday around 5:00 PM my friends, family, and I went to Pasion restaurant as part of our groupon we had purchased previously.  We had to wait to be seated in the back patio which only had 2 tables available to seat the 9 of us.  After being seated we waited about 20 minutes we were finally greeted to order and only one person knew about the groupon offers and how they worked.  We placed our order and after another 30 minutes the waitress came back and notified us that 3 of our orders would not able to be fullfilled because of lack of food available in the kitchen.  We took advantage of the BYOB offer without being notified that there would be a five dollar charge per glass used.  After an hour and a half 3 partial orders came out and  2 appetizers when we had ordered five.  Some of the orders included rice and beans and were partially under cooked when the food arrived.  One of the orders was a burger which cost nine dollars and was smaller than a burger at McDonald's for a dollar.  We returned the dissatisfying food to give them an opportunity to replace the food and improve satisfaction.  After about another 15 minutes or so we received two more orders which were also in the same partial cooked conditions and we were  advised that the food served to us had been served to other customers all day.   We were speaking to the owner at that time when she was not understanding our situation completely we were unsatisfied with the level of service that we are receiving and at that point wanted to leave.  We informed her that we would be okay with using only one groupon which included four meals and two appetizers because four people did eat due their level of hunger and had to disregard the quality of food.  We also are understanding of the other appetizers that were not included in the groupon which we also paid for separately including the BYOB charges as well.  We received one apology in regards to the situation which came from the waitress and the owner completely disregarded how we were feeling about the situation.  We were beyond upset about the situation and wanted it to be over as soon as possible so we paid what we had agreed upon and left.  This was the worst customer service experience we have ever had and brought shame to Groupon.  After spending over 2 hours in this restaurant we were embarrassed about the situation and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.  We also would recommend to have this restaurant removed from Groupon to avoid any further circumstances similar to ours for anyone else.

The groupon said that I could select an entree up to 14.00. They told me and my daughter that we have to select from the special group not the entrees on the menu. Disappointed. .Had to ask for utensils to eat. They did not give us a plate for our appetizer.

We got there and there was no one there to seat us and when we did get someone to attend to us, we got our drinks and there were no straws for our drinks. We sat there and waited 20 minutes for our appetizer and then we waited 45 minutes to eat our dinner. The food was ok, but don't eat the skirt steak, they brought it out burnt and super dry. Would never eat there again..
