His positive attitude helps people of all athletic abilities breeze past their fitness goals, from losing weight to gaining muscle definition to running a marathon. Each workout consists of different combinations of exercises to keep both clients and their muscles guessing, and includes high-intensity interval training, boot camp, and cardio kickboxing. Daniel also leads boot-camp challenge parties, which provide a monthly support system and exercise tips for groups of friends to get fit together.
