With an action-packed itinerary of strenuous, thrice-weekly group fitness classes, motivFIT's four-week Body Blast Workout program tones bodies of all shapes and sizes from tops to toes. Limited to 15–20 muscle-maneuvering students, each session exercises the whole body with a combination of weight- and dumbbell-resistance training, high-intensity cardio training, balance training, flexibility training, and core strengthening. With themes ranging from trail runs to hikes, no two classes are the same, keeping muscles from becoming bored and taking up competitive scrapbooking.
